FAQ: know before your appointment
southern ink society-Franklin, Tn
Whether it’s your first session or your fifth, here’s what to know before you arrive for your tattoo service:
How should i prepare for my appointment
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners (like aspirin or ibuprofen) 24 hours before your appointment. These can increase bleeding and affect pigment retention.
Arrive with clean skin-no makeup or skincare products on the treatment area.
For brows or eyeliner, skip lash/brow serums and retinols for 2 weeks prior.
For Lip Blushing, we recommend hydrating lips daily and exfoliating gently the week before. Cold sore prone clients should take antiviral meds as prescribed.
