Booking & Deposits

• All sessions require a deposit to secure your spot.

• Deposits go toward your service and are non-refundable.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Late cancellations less than 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.

• No-call no-shows will be charged full price.

Touch-Ups

• After the initial first session, a touch up session is required at 6-12 weeks. After 12 weeks, another session is considered an annual color boost appointment priced accordingly.

Aftercare

Follow your aftercare instructions carefully for the best results.

Behavior & Saftey

Clients must arrive sober and clean.

I reserve the right to refuse service for safety or conduct reasons.
